Operation Instructions of High Pressure Water Spraying Truck

Matters needing attention in water system of   high-pressure water spraying truck Check each seal before operation to see if there is water leakage or water seepage at the joint, otherwise the sealing ring should be replaced in time. First, check once a week, and once a month, check whether there is sediment and other dirt in the filter; secondly, check the power take-off, transmission shaft, gearbox, coupling and other parts before operation. Whether the solid parts are loose; whether there is oil leakage or oil leakage at the joint; whether the operation of each component is light and mobile, stable and normal, and whether there is abnormal noise such as vibration. Precautions for the hydraulic system of   water sprinkler truck Check each seal before operation to see if there is oil leakage or oil leakage at the joint, or replace the sealing ring. Check the dirt of the filter in the fuel tank every six months, and clean the dirt in the filter in real time. The oil in ...

Water Consumption in the Sewage Suction Truck with Water-circulating Pump

The sewage vacuum truck with water circulation pump will be equipped with a relatively large water tank for pump to store the water required by the water circulation pump. A full box of water is often used up quickly. Where has all this water gone? 1. Water evaporation. Water as the working fluid of the water circulation pump helps the pump body to cool down and absorbs the heat generated by the pump body ducirculation the operation of the sewage suction truck, and is evaporated. Solution: No treatment, add water to the water tank in time. 2. The water tank and the pump body are connected by a pipe. If the pipe is damaged, or the connection is loose, then the water will leak from the damaged and loose place. Solution: Replace the damaged pipe and fasten the connection to prevent dripping. 3. Water leaks from the sealing ports at both ends of the water circulation pump Solution: There are two cases of water leakage from the sealing ports at both ends of the...
Sprinkler truck maintenance in low temperature: 1、 When starting, pay attention to moderate heat:it is a good habit to start a moderately hot truck before starting the car. First idle for about 1 minute, then let the car run slowly for a long distance. The long-term in-situ hot car will increase fuel consumption; Operating the air conditioner at idle seed consumes fuel in particular. 2.When driving, pay attention to gentle refueling, and avoid stepping on the throttle. Cooling system, check the water tank, water pump and belt, water pipe, water supply tank and other components regularly in low temperature weather, especially for suction pump. If there is damage or malfunction, it is best to promptly, repair or replace. 3.Avoid low-speed at high-speed driving: sprinklers should avoid low-speed at high-speed driving, in addition to easy to lose grip, the engine speed is too high, it will be a little”only drink oil does not walk”. 4.Chassis: it is best t...

Water truck maintenance

Water truck maintenance : 1.Check often the connections of water pathway and the tightness of the hoses and switches. If leakage occurs, repair the parts or replace them. 2.Check often the mounting positions of the water tank truck , pump pedestal and brackets. All screw nuts should be tightly fixed to secure the connections. 3. Pay attention the connection between PTO and the water pump which should be securely connected and function properly. If oil leakage spotted in the PTO or water pump, replace the seal gasket. 4.The water pathway does not bear any anti-frozen devices so it is highly recommended that the pump, tank and water pathway should be fully drained after operation in cold area when the temperature is below zero degree. Close the draining plug of the pump to ensure insulation from cold air or problem will occur in pump operation afterwards. 5.The fluid should not be excessively dirty to protect the seal gaskets and prolong service life. When in opera...
