(3)After the capstan installation, to check the hydraulic pipeline is wrong, clutch can be normal combination, separation, capstan drum can be normal rotation, can not appear stuck phenomenon.
(4)In winch winding wire rope, the rope head into the drum hole, and then tighten the screw, and in the rewinding condition, winding 4-5 circles, loading 3-5kn force to wire rope wrapped.
(5)Wire rope around and around the drum when the maximum Angle of not more than 3 °, in case the rope and the winch force deflection.In the out of service, the wire rope pressure device will be pressed tight, to prevent loose wire rope and random rope.
(6)After the installation of capstan, in the heavy load test before or long time to use when the idle running, in order to facilitate the smooth running of the motor.
It is strictly prohibited to take off the capstan clutch during the hoisting of heavy weights or pull-up, during the operation of the capstan, the steel wire rope has at least 5 rings on the drum.
Therefore strictly prohibited capstan overload use, in case of damage to the capstan and a safety accident.
