Intelligent asphalt distributor
is used for the black pavement construction and is the main equipment
in the construction of highway, urban road and port wharf. It can be
used to spray binding material in the construction of upper and lower
sealing, prime coat, tack coat, bituminous surface treatment, bituminous
penetration pavement, fog sealing, etc, as well as the transportation
of liquid asphalt and other heavy oil.
Structure
Intelligent asphalt distributor is mainly composed of category II chassis, asphalt tank body, asphalt pumping and spraying system, heat transfer oil heating, hydraulic system, burning system, air circuit system and control system.
Asphalt tank body
Intelligent asphalt distributor has the three kinds of tank body: 5000L, 8000L, 12000L, which is used for strong the asphalt. There are clapboard, cyclic heating pipe, U-type heating tube in the tank; there are liquid level meter, thermometer and other accessory.
Asphalt pumping and spraying system
Asphalt pumping and spraying system are composed of asphalt pump, asphalt pipe with heating and heat
preservation function, asphalt valve, filter, spray pipe, etc. the system achieve the internal and external
circulating of asphalt, spraying through the switch-over of valves.
Heat transfer oil heating system
Heat transfer oil heating system is composed of heat oil pump, pipe, heating device, temperature control device. The valve switchover and temperature control can achieve the asphalt automatic heating, heating and heat preservation for asphalt pipe on upper platform and spraying pipe.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is composed of hydraulic pump, hydraulic control valve, hydraulic motor and other hydraulic auxiliary assembly, supplying power for asphalt pump, hot oil pump.
Burning system
Burner can draw the diesel from diesel tank of chassis through the diesel pipe and filter and burn in the fire tube to heat the hot oil. It is the heat source of whole frame. The common asphalt distributor needs one burner, shown in figure 3; the rubber asphalt distributor need two burners.
Control system
The control system of intelligent asphalt distributor gets the electrical signal through storage battery of chassis and supply power supply through inverter to control the whole system. There are control operation panel in the cab and rear platform cabinet to meet different control requirements.
