The generator is an important part of the LED advertising truck,
and it is the power supply system of the whole truck. Except for the
fixed-point parking of our advertising vehicles and plugging in an
external power cord for playback, our generators are needed for power
supply at other times. Therefore, in order to do a good job in
advertising, we must pay special attention to the maintenance of our
advertising truck generators. So how do we maintain our LED advertising
truck generator?
First of all, we have to regularly check the generator of our
advertising truck, especially the inspection of the generator oil, and
change the oil frequently. Take out the oil dipstick 20 minutes after it
is not started or shut down, wipe the oil dipstick with a clean rag or
paper towel, reinsert it into the oil hole for 10 seconds, and then take
it out to ensure that the oil reaches the middle and upper parts of the
lower and upper marks on the oil dipstick.
Secondly, we need to check the tightness of the water pump belt and
adjust it in time. At the same time, our generator uses a closed water
cooling system, so check the coolant level, and the scale shall prevail.
Again, we have to check the intake system of the generator regularly,
from the intake port to the intake manifold. Whether the snap ring is
loose or the intake hose is broken. If there is any abnormality, it
should be replaced immediately so as not to affect the use.
The main cause of hydraulic oil emulsification on concrete mixer truck s is water in the hydraulic system, which is mixed with water after a long time. The removed hydraulic oil will form an emulsification of the hydraulic oil. We found that water enters the hydraulic system due to the following reasons: a. Working in a humid environment, the moisture in the air condenses due to the alternation of cold and heat, turning into water droplets and falling into the oil; b. The rainwater on the fuel tank seeps into the fuel tank due to the weak sealing of welding and connection parts; c. Due to the damage of the pumping cylinder seal and the damage of the mixing motor, moisture is brought into the oil; d.
