1. When the mixer truck is shifting, the clutch must be completely separated, and the gear lever must be in place.

2. The mixer truck gearbox has high and low gears. When parking, the gear lever of the gearbox should be placed in the low gear neutral position.

3. When the mixer truck is in low gear or reverse gear, stop first, and then gear in order to avoid damage to the internal parts of the transmission. When in reverse gear, use a larger gear to overcome the resistance of the reverse gear lock.

4. When the transmission shifts from low gear to high gear, do not skip gear operation, otherwise it will affect the service life of the auxiliary case synchronizer.

5. When the mixer truck is going downhill, it is forbidden to change the high and low gear zones.

6. The mixer truck should start with 1 or 2 gears according to the road conditions.

7. Before the mixer truck starts, the brake should be released. The multifunctional mixer truck with cut-off brake must wait for the air pressure to rise to the pressure required to release the brake before it can start in gear after turning on the brake valve.

8. During the use of the mixer truck, if abnormal noises are found in the transmission, or the operation is obviously heavy and other abnormalities, stop and check immediately, and continue driving after the fault is eliminated.

9. If the mixer truck cannot be put into the gear when shifting, be sure to check the cylinder and its gas path first to ensure that the auxiliary box enters the gear.
