Safety Precautions Before Operation Of Sewage Suction Truck

 

1. Before uncovering the inlet of the feed tank, the sewage suction truck needs to open the pressure relief valve to discharge the excess air in the tank;

2. Clean the tachometer probe right away;

3. Check the safety valve to ensure that the exhaust starts at 0.196MPA, and the pressure in the tank must not exceed 0.16MPA;

4. Check whether the sprinkler tachometer is working properly, so as not to damage the ball air compressor and power take-off due to overturning;

5. Pay attention to whether the pressure gauge of the sprinkler is working normally, and prevent the pressure gauge from malfunctioning and overpressure explosion;

6. Listen to the sound of the air compressor rotating from the power take-off of the sewage suction truck. If the sound is abnormal, stop the machine immediately to eliminate the fault.

Matters needing attention in the use and maintenance of sewage suction truck:

1. No air leakage is allowed in the pipeline of the sewage suction truck, otherwise the heavy duty sewage suction truck will not work.

2. The big bucket of the sewage suction truck must be equipped with an anti-overflow device, otherwise it is easy to suck the fecal sewage into the vacuum pump when the sewage suction truck is used, and damage the entire system.

3. The oil return port of the first-class oil-gas separator of the sewage suction truck is connected to the oil-return port of the second-class oil-gas separator, and the oil suction pipe must be a hard pipe or a hard oil-resistant rubber pipe (steel braided rubber hose). Plastic pipes deformed by heat are not allowed.

4. When the multifunctional sewage suction truck is used in a new pump, 1-2 liters of N32 mechanical oil should be directly added to the pump, and 32 refrigerating oil should be added to the pump in cold areas in the northeast and northwest.

5. A water-gas separator should be installed at the suction port of the pump.
