The concrete pump is also a special machine for conveying concrete for on-site concrete pouring. Concrete pump truck
Large concrete pump truck is a pump truck composed of a pump body installed on the chassis of a car, and then equipped with a telescopic or flexural placing boom. The working principle is a machine that uses pressure to continuously transport concrete along the pipeline. It is composed of pump body and conveying boom pipe. According to the structure, it is divided into piston type, extrusion type and hydraulic diaphragm type. The pump body is installed on the chassis of the car, and then equipped with a retractable or flexural spreader boom to form a pump truck. The concrete pump truck is modified on the chassis of a truck. It is equipped with motion and power transmission devices, pumping and mixing devices, distributing devices and other auxiliary devices on the chassis. The power of the concrete pump truck transmits the power of the engine to the hydraulic pump unit or the rear axle through the power transfer box, and the hydraulic pump pushes the piston to drive the concrete pump to work. Then use the placing boom and conveying pipe on the pump truck to convey the concrete to a certain height and distance. Because the concrete pump truck is flexible and the placing boom can move freely, it is suitable for horizontal and vertical conveying of mixed materials, and even pouring across obstacles. The concrete pump and the concrete pump truck are both concrete conveying machinery and have the same use, except that the former needs to be transported by a car and requires additional support pipes, while the latter is a locomotive body with a freely extending boom and no pipes. And the latter is more expensive than the former, the former requires hundreds of thousands, and the latter requires several million.
