1. Lifting the tank with fully loading
In order to dump the sewage and sludge in the tank body of the sewage suction truck more quickly. Some operators first lift the suction tank, open the back cover, and dump the sewage. This type of operation will greatly increase the compliance of the tank lifting cylinder, and it is easy to cause deformation of the tank support part and deformation of the girder support part, resulting in failures such as internal leakage of the hydraulic cylinder. The correct way is to open the self-drainage of the sewage suction truck and discharge half of the sewage first. Then loosen the back cover locking bolt and open the back cover. Finally lift the tank.



2. The water circulating pump only adds water without changing the water
The water circulating vacuum pump of the vacuum suction truck consumes a lot of water, so it is necessary to add water to the water tank frequently. However, it is not enough to add water to the water tank, and the water in the water tank and the water circulating pump needs to be drained and cleaned regularly. The water tank is made of carbon steel, and the water circulating pump is made of cast iron. The water tank of the sewage suction truck and the inner wall of the water pump are immersed in water for a long time, and will be corroded by the water to produce rust. The rust accumulates for a long time and deposits on the bottom of the pump.

3. Forget to turn off the power take-off
After the operation of the vacuum suction truck is completed, it is necessary to turn off the power take-off for the first time. Some operators may be unskilled in the operation of the sewage suction truck or forget too many things. They did not turn off the power take-off of the sewage suction truck and directly started the gear and started driving to the next destination. Sewage suction trucks go on the road without closing the power take-off, which will cause the power take-off to wear out quickly and be scrapped in advance. Moreover, driving without turning off the power take-off will also make it difficult for the suction truck to hang gears.


4. Do not turn off the power take-off after closing the four-way valve
After the operation of the vacuum suction truck is completed, it is necessary to close the four-way valve and the power take-off. For convenience, some operators close the four-way valve to stop the suction truck from operating. Then at the job site, tidy up the work tools, etc., wait until everything is properly packed and return to the cab, and finally turn off the power take-off. This approach is undesirable. The sewage suction truck starts working from the time it is opened until the power take-off is closed. The power take-off is the main switch for the suction operation. Failure to close the power take-off in a timely manner after the operation is completed will increase the loss of the power take-off and vacuum pump, leading to early scrap.


5. Forgot to close the fastening bolt when opening the back cover
When dumping sewage, the suction truck often opens the back cover in order to dump it faster, cleaner and more thoroughly. Before opening the back cover, make sure that the locking bolts of the back cover are completely loosened. If you forget to loosen the locking bolts or loosen them completely before opening the back cover, moving the back cover opening handle will cause the opening cylinder to deform and the back cover flange circulating to wrestle. Consequences such as inadequate body sealing and leakage.
